Description
In this course, you will learn about the signs and symptoms of secondary traumatic stress - particularly among the providers within the field of mental health and substance use recovery. We will discuss how to know when a person (such as yourself or others) needs support related to their direct service work. We will also outline and discuss strategies to respond, and support that can be put in place to buffer stress exposure.
